BCEC volunteers ran a community sausage sizzle at Bunnings Belmont, cooking and serving around 670 sausages to shoppers across the day. Eleven volunteers gave their time on the barbecue and behind the stall.

The sizzle raised $1,243.82 for BCEC. We put these funds straight back into local environmental projects. Thanks to Bunnings Belmont for hosting us and giving the community a chance to support the work on their doorstep.
